Alejandra holds a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí and completed advanced postgraduate training in transpersonal therapy through the Escuela Española de Desarrollo Transpersonal (EDTe).
She began practicing in 2011 and opened her private practice in November 2014, after work in biofeedback research, addiction prevention, and neuropsychological evaluation. Her shift to transpersonal therapy came from recognising the limits of conventional approaches.

This practice is built on a simple principle: psychological change does not stabilize in a dysregulated body. Before deeper work begins, three foundational conditions must be addressed. These are not lifestyle recommendations. They are the baseline requirements for meaningful psychological work.
Sleep is the primary mechanism through which the nervous system resets. Disrupted sleep sustains physiological dysregulation — making emotional regulation and psychological processing significantly harder. This is addressed before anything else.
The body stores unprocessed tension and activation. Movement is not exercise for its own sake — it is one of the primary ways the nervous system discharges stored physiological stress. Without it, that activation remains in the system and interferes with psychological work.
Neurochemical stability is not separate from psychological stability. What the body receives directly affects mood, cognition, and emotional reactivity. Nutrition is assessed not as a moral framework but as a functional input — one of the variables that determines how available a person is for psychological work.
Each phase builds on the last. The work is cumulative, not circular. Sessions are active and responsive — Alejandra intervenes, redirects, and guides in real time.
Before insight, there must be regulation. The nervous system is addressed first — through sleep, movement, and nutrition — because deeper psychological work requires a stable physiological base.
